Pilot application
Use “Withdraw a previous discovery application” on the G-Reception site. Enter the application email and follow the single-use confirmation link. The flow removes the pre-account application, interview record and related invitation after confirmation.
Personal account
Sign in, open your account privacy controls and submit the authenticated deletion request. If you cannot access the account, email privacy@greception.tech from the account email with the subject “Account data deletion”. We will verify control of the address before acting.
Organization workspace
An organization administrator must use the workspace export and deletion controls. Deleting a workspace affects other authorized users and operational records, so the flow requires re-authentication and the exact organization confirmation value. If the administrator cannot use the control, email us from an authorized organization address.
Meta or WhatsApp data
Disconnecting WhatsApp asks G-Reception to clean the active and staged provider subscriptions before erasing the locally encrypted connector. If Meta cannot be reached, the workspace keeps an explicit cleanup warning instead of claiming the provider data was removed. The customer may separately manage its WABA and number in Meta.
What remains
Deletion covers active G-Reception records in scope. Minimal non-personal deletion receipts, security records required to prevent abuse, invoices or records required by law may remain for their applicable periods. Protected backups expire through their defined lifecycle. We do not claim that third-party providers deleted their independent records; requests to them must follow their own controls.
Response
We acknowledge verified requests and explain the result or any lawful retention requirement. Never send passwords, access tokens, identity documents or payment-card data by email.
