1. Who controls the data
G-Reception operates this website and the platform. For an organization’s workspace, that organization decides why visitor, customer, guest and employee information is processed; G-Reception processes it to provide the service. Questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@greception.tech.
2. Data we handle
- Account and organization details, including name, work email, role, sector and workspace settings.
- Pilot and contact details submitted voluntarily, plus verification and review status.
- Reception records an organization chooses to process, such as messages, requests, reservations, operational status, approvals and audit events.
- Connector identifiers and encrypted credentials for customer-owned providers. Permanent secrets are not returned to the browser.
- Security and service data such as session records, timestamps, rate-limit signals, delivery status and error codes. Logs are designed to avoid message content and provider secrets.
- Billing references, subscription state and invoices when paid billing is enabled. Full payment-card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored by G-Reception.
3. Why we use it
We use data to provide and secure the service, route authorized reception work, support users, verify pilot applications, maintain auditability, comply with valid legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or use customer message content for unrelated advertising.
4. Providers and integrations
An organization can connect services it owns, including WhatsApp through Meta and supported AI providers. Data is shared only when required for the action the organization enables. Those providers process data under their own terms. G-Reception may also use hosting, email, security and payment providers to operate the service.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain data only for the service, security, legal and recovery periods that apply to it. Unverified pilot applications are scheduled for removal after seven days. Workspace administrators have separate export and deletion controls. Some minimal non-personal receipts may remain to prove that a deletion occurred. Backup copies expire through the applicable backup lifecycle rather than being edited in place.
6. Choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion where applicable. Pilot applicants can use the emailed withdrawal flow or contact us. For data placed in a customer workspace, contact that organization first; we will support its verified request.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, tenant separation, encryption and audit records appropriate to the service. No system is risk-free. Providers may process data in other countries; the responsible organization must assess its own legal basis, notices and transfer requirements before production use.
8. Children and schools
G-Reception is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not offer a direct school workflow. Any future school-related integration is a separate ZLIOUS SmartSchool boundary and requires its own verified privacy and authorization review.
9. Changes
We will publish material changes here and update the effective date. Continued production use is subject to the then-current policy and any contract with the customer organization.
