1. Service stage and eligibility
G-Reception is currently offered through discovery and assisted pilots; not every displayed capability is commercially available. You must be authorized to act for the organization you register. School workflows are outside the direct product scope and may only be addressed through a separately approved ZLIOUS SmartSchool integration.
2. Customer responsibilities
The customer controls its workspace, users, operating decisions, notices and lawful basis. It must connect only accounts, phone numbers, content and provider credentials it owns or is expressly authorized to use. It remains responsible for the accuracy of business information, human review of consequential actions and compliance with laws that apply to its sector and location.
3. Third-party services
Meta, WhatsApp, AI, hosting, email and payment services are independent providers. Their availability, approval and pricing are not controlled by G-Reception. A provider acceptance, browser redirect or dashboard status is not proof that an end-to-end transaction completed. Customers must also follow the applicable provider terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, impersonate others, evade provider policies, send unauthorized messages, upload malicious content, interfere with security controls, probe another tenant or process data without authority. We may restrict access needed to protect customers, the platform or third parties.
5. Accounts and security
Keep account access confidential, use accurate information and notify security@greception.tech promptly about suspected compromise. Administrators are responsible for granting the minimum necessary roles and removing access when it is no longer required.
6. Fees and pilots
Pilot scope, duration and any fees are set out in the accepted pilot or order document. Public pricing marked unavailable, planned or estimated is not an offer. Paid access is activated only by a verified provider result, not by a return page or screenshot.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
G-Reception and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding and documentation. Customers retain rights in their own content. The customer grants the limited rights needed to process that content for the service. Feedback may be used to improve G-Reception without identifying the customer unless agreed otherwise.
8. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis during the pilot stage. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, AI accuracy, market leadership or a future feature date. Human review remains required for high-impact, safety, identity, payment and legal decisions.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the service. Any contractual liability cap and exclusions will be stated in the customer’s signed agreement; nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension, termination and changes
Either party may end an assisted pilot under its pilot agreement. We may suspend access for material security, legal or provider risk. On termination, export and deletion follow the contract, privacy policy and applicable retention duties. We may update these terms and will publish a new effective date for material changes.
11. Contact
Questions may be sent to legal@greception.tech. Contract-specific governing law and dispute terms belong in the signed customer agreement.
